1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2) Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
3) Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla.
4) Beatuntil creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; mix well.
5) Stir in the white chocolate morsels and the macadamia nuts.
6) Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
7) Bake 8-10 minutes.
