Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
1) Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2) In a medium bowl, combine ground cereal and oats. Toss.
3) Add agave, oil, vanilla and egg. Mix until a thick sticky batter forms.
4) Fold in chocolate chips.
5) Using 1 round tablespoon, scoop cookie dough onto baking sheets. You should get about 1 dozen or so.

Bake for approximately 8 minutes until golden around the edges. Transfer to a cooling rack immediately. Enjoy!
