Makes 36 cookies
1) In large bowl, with mixer at high speed, beat butter until creamy.
2) Add honey and vanilla; beat until well blended.
3) With mixer at low speed beat in flour, walnuts and salt until dough forms. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
4) Preheat oven to 160˚C. With lightly floured hands, shape dough by heaping teaspoons into balls. Place balls, about 5 cm apart, on ungreased large cooking sheet. Press floured fork across top of the each ball.
5) Bake at 160˚C for 18-20 minutes, until golden. Remove to cool. Repeat with remaining dough
